Asheville Chef Katie Button ( Curate, Nightbell ) has just been announced, along with 9 others, as a Food and Wines 2015 Best New Chef! That is awesome! I worked with Katie on a shoot for the now defunct Food Arts magazine ( RIP ) back in 2011. She was great to work with!
